b. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs on request. (subject to availability)
c. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Free cancellation is typically available up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Specific cancellation policies may apply depending on the rate booked — please check your booking confirmation.
d. Modifications
Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a stay without refund in cases of:
- Disruptive behavior
- Damage to property
- Breach of house rules
- Non-compliance with Irish law (e.g., smoking indoors)
5. Children & Pets
- Children are welcome; please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the B&B or bar areas.

- Events beyond our control (e.g. weather disruptions, transport delays, etc.)
